This Privacy Policy explains how SUPAR Golf Studio (“SUPAR”, “we”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile and web application (the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: full name, email address, phone number, password (hashed).
  • Booking & lesson data: reservation history, lesson notes, attendance records.
  • Payment data: processed by Square, Inc. We receive transaction status and last four digits only; full card numbers never reach our servers.
  • Device data: FCM push notification token, basic device user-agent (for push delivery).
  • Usage data: anonymous analytics about page visits and errors.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Operate bookings, lessons, memberships, and payments.
  • Send booking confirmations, reminders, and lesson updates.
  • Improve the Service, debug issues, and ensure security.
  • Comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax records).

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with these processors only as necessary to operate the Service:

  • Supabase — database and authentication hosting
  • Vercel — web application hosting and analytics
  • Square — payment processing
  • Google Firebase (FCM) — push notification delivery
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Cloudflare R2 — lesson reference media storage
  • Sentry — error monitoring

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Push Notifications

With your permission, we send push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging. You can disable push notifications at any time in your Profile settings or in your device’s system settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we anonymize your profile and remove your device tokens. Past bookings and payment records may be retained for accounting and legal compliance, with your personal identifiers replaced by “Deleted User”.

6. Your Rights (California Residents — CCPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect about you.
  • Request deletion of your personal information (available via Profile → Delete Account).
  • Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell).
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Security

We use industry-standard practices (HTTPS, encrypted passwords, role-based access) to protect your information. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
